Link to the West Virginia forced pooling law. This is new for WV and may have some court challenges, but here is the language for those of you who want to know about it. Nice article in the American Association of Professional Landmen explaining it, but need a login to read.

It was in their last issue of their Landman magazine. You have to be a member of AAPL to login, so a link will not be of much use.
