My family has mineral rights to several lots in Westhoff that I understand Geo Southern has drilled and brought in a well a few months ago. I do not know how many wells. Could be more than one. Does anyone else have city lots in Westhoff? We were told probably 6 weeks ago that we would be getting division orders and checks would follow after receipt. Still have not gotten anything.
There are 4 wells (see below) that have been drilled by GeoSouthern. I was told by Trey Dyer at GeoSouthern that the wells went into production on June 29. There are over 400 mineral owners so they are still working on the division orders. I have not seen mine yet either.
They are also putting in another pad site across the road that will be part of the Westhoff A pool but have not submitted the wells to the Railroad Commission yet.

I am ready however it looks like their paperwork is still not correct with the RRC, still waiting!
I called Oct. 2nd & was told that the division papers were going to be mailed out in 4 lots. With the first to be sent out in 4-6 weeks. The remaining 3 to follow. After signed & returned a check would be cut.
