It would be wise to ask about what activity is pending in your section township and range. Quite a few buyers will send out offers when drilling is about to begin. They plan to make a profit off of the sellers. There is a “new” horizontal play in the Cherokee, so don’t consider selling until you have all the information that you need to make a good decision.
