What does Pre-Ongard mean?

When I look up my section township and range in eddy, It brings up Pre Ongard with dates on 1900. I’m looking up on ocd website. What does this mean? Thanks, Still clueless in Cali

On-Gard record go back to January of 1993 in most cases. If a well is classified as “Pre-Ongard” that means that it existed in the system and was plugged, expired, or never drilled before January of 1993.
