A company by the name of Canyon Creek Energy, is requiring leases in Atoka/Coal county. Does anyone have any idea of what the lease price for an acre or more is going for ? I’m sure with current inflation there would be an adjustment in lease price? Thanks in Advance.
Canyon Creek will let you know what they are offering. Depends upon the location and the competition. Nothing to do with inflation. If you give a section, township and range, folks may be able to comment as to what they have been offered.
Lease prices have always been about competition. Nothing more, nothing less.
