I just noticed Blake's comment on your considering selling your minerals.

My first and best advice to any mineral owner is to never sell their minerals. Unless you have some sort of true need, like college expenses or medical debts, never sell anything that is not costing you anything. At least not all of it.

If you will tell me where your lands are (your legal description(s)) I will be happy to look up what I can on the area and get that over to you. You may have some wonderful surprises in store!
