What is this Dean allocation?

HI All, I deleted my first post about this. I continue to search for answers and find none. What is this Dean allocation that is in my documents? My tax statements also show them. The interest percentage is larger than the exact same description without the Dean allocation. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. MK

Might be some type of allocation involving the Dean sandstones that have been in production for a number of years.
