I’m preparing our tax paperwork and I have nothing from the lease. Is there a form like a 1099?

You should have received a 1099 if you had bonus, delay rental or royalty income during 2017. You should keep track of all related checks and attached detail. Do not throw away the check stub detail.

Make a copy of the check itself. Sometimes,it has information not given elsewhere.
