Our lease expired on November 15, 2012, after a 5 year term on 238+- ac. The Lessor has drilled off lease last June, from North of property, but do not know if ever fracked. The Lessor has also drilled south of property in November, but has not fracked. Both according to Railroad parts of our lease to be in different Units. Does that hold lease? Even without production? Does the 90 day Shut In clause begin even with no production? Lessor will not say anything.
It depends what your,lease and the unit agreement say.
