I have some mineral rights in Grady County… thinking of selling. Who is buying.

There are not near as many buyers now as a year ago and prices are way down due to the price of oil & gas. That said, location is everything.

You can look on www.okcountyrecords.com and see where deeds are changing hands. Use the Advanced search option to type in the Township and Range for the whole township and then you can use the sections as well. Use T7N and R5W

I am sure you know that you have quite a few wells…
