Working the midnight shift at doc

I perty much feel like a dummy about all this mineral stuff but i really need to know if i own the minerals for sec.12-26-11.What would be the easyest way to find out.

The mineral records would be recorded at the County Clerk's office in the county where the minerals are located. You or someone else could research these records. If you don't live near the location, you might locate an individual experienced in researching records. If you own minerals, I would think that you should have paperwork regarding this mineral ownership.

Micheal,

Where are your minerals located? I can research or teach you how to. If interested friend me and send a message with the legal and your email address.

Thanks for replying Joan, I just find myself totally concerned about the mineral rights ownership on the property I own. I would like to know how the search is done or find someone who will do a complete search to trace the title and find out exactly who owns mineral rights. I have been told that several of my adjacent and nearby neighbors have been approached by Chesapeake and have leased mineral rights from them. I live 300 miles away from my property and it's difficult to get things done, but eventually, will have to go down there and do some research. Was wondering if you have any contacts in that area or maybe give me some indication on how to accomplish the search.
