I receive royalty payments from oil and gas in Tyler County, WV. Do I pay a WV state tax on the royalty payments?

Funny you should ask. I live across the country and just finished up my WV taxes, today. You do need to pay state taxes to WV but what you pay will be offset by your home state, most likely.
