I apologize if this has been discussed before but I haven’t found it. I am the trustee of a family trust and have been so since 2010. Since 2010 (and many years before) XTO has been paying a royalty on our family’s lease interest in Yoakum County TX. My mother inherited the interest from my grandfather and placed it in the family trust as part of her estate planning. With the rising oil prices the royalty payment in March was substantial. May’s payment was only 20% of the previous month and June has not been paid at all. I haven’t heard back from owners services yet but was wondering if anyone here was having a similar issue and whether they had received an explanation. Thanks.

Laugh. Yeah if you own in the H.O. Mahoney lease there are a billion wells in that section in the San Andres and Clearfork. They reported similar volumes in Feb, Mar, Apr of 2022 so no clear reason why your May (March prod) or June (Apr prod) checks would be low.
