I am trying to discover anyone who has knowledge of a fair bonus price, we have been offered 250 an acre?
Where are your royalties located? mine are sec 11, Township 1N and Range 24E - have been offered $500/acre, 3/16th, and 3 year.
Sec 1 and 2 T5N, ,Sec25,26,35,36,t6N,R27ecm, Sec 29,30,31,t6N,R28ecm
That's pretty far north of my section, so I don't know what would be fair. Why don't you contact these two landmen? I know they are working Beaver County, just don't know if they're leasing in your section. Curtis Bold with Phoenix Land - he is leasing for Apache (405)537-1541. Lauren Wheat is leasing for Unit (405)250-0234.
Thank you
Anyone have any updates what leases are going for where Cabot is drilling?
I have an offer on Section 5, T5N,R27ecm and want to know if it is fair for that part of Beaver county. Offer is $100 and 3/16.

Arlene,
I recommend reviewing recent Pooling Orders in your area as they will offer that which was testified to by the expert witness in Land to the ALJ for values associated with different royalties.
Also you can look Pooling Orders up online.

Arlene There has been about 100 permits for horizontal wells in Beaver Co. in the last 18 months . Where is your interest ? From the your post below it looks like 6n-27e,5n-27e , 6n-28e . Is this correct ? If so none of the permits above were for these Townships. If this is where your interest is I'll see what I can find.
The Townships cited by Ron would likely be outside of the Marmaton Basin but has probable potential through through other formations.
Hi all Was trying to look up my interests in Beaver county 17, 6N, 26E on Okla O+G website but I cannot find a way to zoom to the section. It says “operation in progress”. If I refresh are do anything else it locks up the screen. Anyone had this problem. Thanks. And thanks to all for sharing the info.
In 2003, Frontier Land Corp acquired numerous OGLs in the TWP. In some specific areas they were assigned to Brighton Energy LLC. The area appears to be North of Slapout and past drilling has typically to the Chester and Morrow. I am not confident that the Marmaton extends that far East. I show no current leasing activity in the township and gather that $/acre and term are negotiable between Lessor/Lessee. If I was guessing a reasonable rate, it would be: $150.00/acre 3+2 years and 3/16ths RI.
I'm sorry I can't pull any tangible information to identify anything better.
Rick,
I show a Doris G. Tatum OGL dated 12-22-2008 (B1203/P663) in favor of Texakoma Operating, L.P. covering S/2 S/2 Section 17-T06N-R26ECM Beaver County, OK. (3/16ths RI, 3 years). Prior to the expiration of the above reference OGL, JO-ALLYN OIL CO INC. spud the Goldie #1-17 well which appears to have produced continuously from 05-2010 and has cumulative production os some 41,595 mcf gas from the Council Grove formation with perforated intervals being between 2,986' and 2,990'.
If your source was through Doris, you could back calculated your net acres owned by taking your NRI, multiplying it by 640 acres and then dividing by 0.1875.
Beaver: Chaparral Energy LLC; Lamaster No. 1H-23 Well; SW1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4 (BHL) of 23-01N-20E; 741 barrels oil per day, 354,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 11,448.
Section 19-T03N-R21ECM Beaver County, OK appears to have 3 total wells drilled on it with 2 currently producing.
Nolder #1-19 Spud: 11-07-1979 (Chester) cum: 0.286 Bcf
Nolder #2-19 Spud: 12-28-1981 (TD: 7,220') D&A
Nolder #3-19 Spud: 10-09-196 (Kansas City formation) cum: 1.015 Bcf
With the first well drilled in the unit in 1979, I would expect that the base lease that holds your acreage HBP was transacted between 1974 and 1979 and typically said date range covered all depths or had a depth clause that released everything below TD. To that end, the Marmaton is shallower than the Chester and your mineral interest is likely HBP.
To that end, Unit has drilled the Depaew #1-14H (14-T03N-R21ECM), QEP has drilled the: CLO #1-24H (24-T03N-R21ECM), Winchell #1-26H (26-T03N-R21ECM) and Bobbit Trust #3-13H (13-T03N-R21ECM), Indian Exploration/Hadaway has drilled the Wilma #1-25H (25-T03N-R21ECM) and Show Pig #1-36H (36-T03N-R21ECM)
