The Danny going to section 33 as well as the other two wells to 28 and 29 are drilled. I might be wrong on the last two section numbers. They said it might be three months before they frack due to shortage of Halliburton equipment. The Dubiel is doing well along with the Indian Hills. Anyone have other news on any of those sections?
Dan, that’s flowing. Would a pump make a substantial difference?
My Best,
Ann
Ann, I don’t know, the 60 bopd is with a 64/64 choke, which I think is wide open.
Does anyone have any idea what, if anything, is going on in Sec 30, 1S,3W? Citation was anxious to buy my minerals a few years ago.
Janet
Can someone help me? I purchased mineral rights in Carter County a few years ago, is there any kind of map that shows all producing wells? Recently Linn Energy said they had money in suspense that would be going to me, so how do I know if there could be other wells/companies that would need my information.
Jaccai, What is the location of your mineral rights. Section, township and range?
S8-T3S-R3W
S11-T2S-R3W
S14-T2S-R3W
S15-T2S-R3W
S22-T2S-R3W
S23-T2S-R3W
S24,25,26,30-T2S-R3W
S31-T4S-R2W
I’m getting offers of $6,000 per acre on the S8-T3S-R3W, is there anticipation of a good well in this section I’m assuming?
Does anyone have an idea what Love County Sec. 32 - 6S - 3W is going for?
Carter: XTO Energy Inc.; Dennis No. 7-28H21 Well; NW1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 (BHL) of 21-03S-03E; 202 barrels oil per day, 918,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 16,980.
XTO Energy Inc.; Owens No. 2-32H Well; NW1/4 SE1/4 SE1/4 SE1/4 (SL) of 32-03S-03E; 3,149,000 cu-ft gas per day, 185 barrels oil per day; TD 18,840.
Jaccai, those offers are probably to buy, not lease. Continental has a bunch of pooling orders on the docket in the township, so I suspect much horizontal drilling to come. I see a few horizontal filings. Hang in there. I wouldn’t sell.
Robert, Mustang pooled for $200 3/16 in sec 36 in 2013.
Maybe someone on the Love County forum has better numbers.
They were issued a PUN mid June so it should be in production. I’d look for a completion report in the next 30 days or so.
Has anyone heard any news on the Texoma 1-26-35XH? It was spud 3-16-14 by Continental.
Live in Sacramento visited Ardmore last week found Catus drilling rig on extreme SW corner of S5 T3S R2E. We are 1/3 partners in S8 T4S R2E. The rig is 1/2 mile north of our property. Anyone know how long it has been drilling? Is it a single or multiple drilling site? Is the site slated for multiple wells? Is the site slated for fracking Anyone know what the area lease terms of contracts? Our 142 acres are not leased. Thanks Jim Gigiux
PS: I was in Oklahoma for my sisters funeral.and did not have time to,research the questions I,asked.
Jim, are you talking about 5-4S-2E? If so, then XTO is drilling the Huss 1-5H. Spud on March 5, 2014. Should be done or about done. Horizontal well permitted to Caney, Sycamore, Woodford and Hunton-so most likely a Woodford well. Two wells will be drilled off the pad, one into 5 and one into 4. All the horizontal wells are frac’d. A similar pad in 4 has one well going north into 4 and one south into 9.
2014 Pooling options in 5 & 6 were $1200 1/8, $1100 3/16 A new one is pending in 5.
I see some active leasing in 8. Some folks are getting 1/4 royalty which is what I would go for myself. Looks like the leasing companies are Fairfield Minerals, Heller Oil, RD Williams, BlackRock Holdings. If you have that many acres, then you should be able to get a really good deal, especially if you have family members that stick together. Be careful about the lease contract if you have never done it before. Come back for advice.
Jim,
Your legals are off as those two sections are about 7 miles apart.
Cactus 141 is on 5-4S-2E drilling into 6-4S-2E and appears to be on the far SW corner.

Single or multiple site? Do you mean a single or multi unit? It is a single unit (640 spacing)
Slated for multiple wells? Are you talking about the Spaced unit or the Pad? I don’t see any application for increased density to allow more than one well in the unit (target section) We are seeing more and more pads with multiple wells. I could see them drilling into 5, 6, or 8 from that location, but there does not appear to be any applications in the works.
Fracking? You can bet on it.
Here is the permit:

There appear to be 40+ leases in effect in section 8, but no applications in place yet.
Thanks Rick, we are hoping the Texoma is a good producer. Our interest is very close to it.
Barnes & Howell Thank you!! I sincerely appreciate your prompt, detailed assessment and recommendations. The Carter county forum is a Godsend for an owner living out of state. I had my township format as T4S instead of T5S I was a former Ardmore resident and the first Executive VP of SODA who orchestrated the economic justification and financial feasibility study that resulted in the construction of the UniRoyal/Michlen tire plant
