You might also try Tom Reese here in C City, and David Cotton in Snyder as well, they are supposed to be really good.

Rumor has it (from a good authority) that there are a couple of new wells on or near the Spade Ranch that are coming in at up to 600 barrels a day and that there are guards at the entrance of the road to the well. Very deep wells, deeper than in the history of the area. Does any one have more information? or do you know what formation: is it the Wolfcamp?

The Spade is South of us, if you go on hwy 163 toward Sterling, you will see signs all over,, anyone here more about a well that came in south of C City 20 miles, 3,000 barrals per day?..

We were just contacted by Stevens and Tull... offered 500 and 22%. Sounds like thats pretty much the going rate right now. Originally it was 400 and 20%

Thanks Rebecca... we haven't signed yet, but it seems like they are moving along pretty fast. Supposed to see the lease in the mail next week.
