2149-Tab3HWellsPayoutEstimates.pdf (310 KB)For those interested, a little spreadsheet showing oil sales since February of some of the horizontal wells in Grady County. It is sorted alphabetically by well name.
2147-GradyCountyOilSales.xlsx (22.2 KB) 2148-GradyCountyOilSales.pdf (204 KB)Don, Thank you for another piece of great work...I was sorry not to see Ratliff ( 22 07N 05W) included..this might mean that Newfield did not sell any Oil or Gas..
Jose, I believe when some of the Purchaser's of oil file their September reports it will show up. Shouldn't be much longer. It is a pretty safe bet that Newfield is selling whatever is produced.
Thank you Don, I do think that you may not be always right, but....you are never wrong.... :)))
I have applied to join and have been approved. I am kind of a novice at this spreadsheet but do use and
understand exel . We have mineral rights in 6N-8W section 24. I see in the where they intersect at cell
24. How do I derive any well information? I tried right clicking? I do not want to enable editing. Well was
spud in Sept, 2014. Initial reports from land agent was production was very favorable, but that is all we know.
Thanks for any help.
Lee Simpson
Don, do you have any information on Rempe well 1-24? It is in Section is in Section 24-6N-8W, and operated
by Unit Pet Co. Both Gas and Oil. It was spud around the 1st of Sept 2014, and franking complete mid Oct.
Was told that initial online reports were very favorable , but that is all we have heard. Was hoping you have some information,
Thanks.

Les,
The Rempe frac has been postponed. The last scheduled date for frac that I saw was 8/15/15
http://www.unitcorp.com/files/Unit-BMO-conference-2015.pdf
if you go to page 11 of the report you will get some idea of what to expect from the Medrano. Dont know why they did not go for the Marchand.
Tom, Thanks so much, this was info we were wanting, but from this, how do we determine appx. 1st months payout based on our acreage in the production area(640), as well as our royalty %. Unit has purchased the Rempe well from Jones Oil who originally owned it. We just received division orders on the Rempe well , but have not received any as of yet any on Hazel 24-1.
Thanks,
Les Simpson

Les, I only find information on 2 wells with Rempe... the Rempe 1-24 that was completed back in January of 2009. It looks like it was a straight hole on 160 acre spacing (SW quarter of 24-6N-8W). Unit took over operation of the well in December 2014. The next is the Rempe 25-1H. The well location is in 24-6N-8W, but it is a horizontal well under section 25-6N-8W. The spud date was 12-6-2014 and EOG is the operator.
The Hazel 1-24PH was completed by Unit. They finished drilling in September 2014 and completed in October 2014.
I will try to get an updated spreadsheet posted ASAP. A bug/virus came visiting Christmas day (the gift that has kept on giving) and I have been a little slow trying to rebound from it.
Thanks Don, your are doing a great job, we are 400 miles removed from the Grady County Area so we
don't really know what is happing up that way. We only get limited information from Unit Oil. Hope you
get back on your feet soon.
Thanks,
Les and Bev Simpson
Section 24-6N-8W Increased Well Density
Les, I am way behind... it looks like Unit will be drilling 3 additional wells in 24-6N-8W.
Yes Don, we received the attachment you just sent me 2 days ago, I sent a note to the land agent to
give me a layman's interpretation, but no response.
Don,
It's been a while since I looked at this. Don't see the AC Walters 1-27H (located in Sec 27 7N 6W Grady County, Completed Sep 11, 2014, nothing paid out yet that I'm aware of, but production showing in September & October thus far (Springer well). Thanks for your efforts on our behalf.
Don, its been over 3 months since Unit completed drilling on Hazel I-24ph. Unit tells us that cannot release
any info to us at this time due to competitors finding out the results. They just tell us we will be pleased with online results. We have not received division orders for Hazel I-24, just the Rempe. Does it normally take this time to get information back to mineral owners?
Thanks, Les
Les, division orders and a check are supposed to be out within 6 months of 1st production or they will owe you interest. I have waited as much as 10 months for division orders and a check on a Marathon well. I will have to recheck, but I also believe by OCC rules that the completion report is supposed to be filed within 30 days of completion.
Thanks Don, we truly appreciate it.
Les Simpson
Any updates on the Hazel I-24 ph.
Thanks,
Les
