My lease is with Marathon. Three yr pd-up. 1/5 royalty. Approx $300.00 per mineral acre bonus.

I have over 747 mineral acres leased to Petro-land, inc. in the Leroy Boulware Survey, Copeland Survey and the John Reid survey, in Leon County. I was wondering if any drilling or activity had begun.

Thank you

R.L. Stockard

We just signed a lease about a month ago on about 170 net mineral acres at $500 per acre with a 21% royalty, 3 year paid up with the option to extend for 2 more years. The dollar amount was the initial offer and, as we had leased in the past at half that, we took it. The same offer was given to my husband's great-aunt who has an equal number of net mineral acres. Was told that after we both signed, that there was only 1 more of the 17 mineral rights owners for that location left that had not yet signed (the landsman said that he had been unable to locate her). Location is David J Wilson survey and another that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Hello my name is sean roger, I was just curious I had the same thing happen to me do you remember the lands mans mane per chance just curious.

we were offered today 5/25/2012, $600.00 a acre, 1/5% royalty, 3 yr with 2 yr option, for a 2 acre parcel, we have other tracts in leon county that the landman is now checking into.

My grandmother received an offer to lease her MI for $400/acre, 20% Royalty, and 3+2 lease term. We ended up closing the deal at $700/acre, 20% Royalty and negotiated a custom lease. The deal was closed in late January of this year. The acreage is in A-11.br/>

I don't know how they figure the per net acre price. The leasing company is US Shale Entergy LLC, 8626 Tesoro Dr., STE 801, San Antonio, Tx. 78217 Phone (210) 826-5269. Thanks, Alan

This is extremely late but Decker is based out of Houston

I have a small interest in Leon County, and it was leased back in 85. Haven't heard from anyone recently. I have heard from someone on some land in Henderson County. Anyone know what the going rate is there.

I just got a lease offer for mineral rights I only just learned I owned in Leon TX. How do I determine that this is a good offer? Do I need to worry about any liability risks? I got a standard looking form from Kanes Forms™ in Midland. They sure like small fonts and long words!

Rick Stewart Enterprises made the offer on 40 acres I jointly own with my siblings. $200/acre for a 5 year term and 1/6th royalty. They have the right to pool with adjacent land up to 400 acres total. Shares are prorated my acreage.

Location is Manual Skinner Survey, A-27, Leon County. Is there current activity in the area?

thanks
