The terms of your lease could be more important then the bonus. I showed what they were ordered to pay in two poolings close to you above .

Debbie, how many acres do you own and who is offering to lease?

Larry, Yes, this forum brings good news from good people. Thank you!

Ron, thank you for the pooling information. It is very helpful.

Larry,

Can you find out anything on the well on the Hudson pad that is 06-18N-01W? Have they started selling oil off it yet, or is it a non producer?

Teri, I sent you a reply. You will have to e-mail Devon at [email protected] and identify yourself and your well as the Hudson 6-18n-1w. She is an analyst in the revenue department. They are really prompt. No more that a couple of days. If your well is producing also, the DOI title search will probably be underway.

Daniel, the lease came from Crown Energy Company. We only own 3.29 acres in that section. With the other cousins there are 54 acres total. Even though it is small It would be good to get the best lease we can.

I have not responded to their offer yet. Thanks

Teri,

Have you found anything out about the Payne Sec 6,18N,1W?

Every single well that has been or is being drilled or operated, (including wells they have acquired) needs to be audited.

Larry, I called Brooke and she said the first sales were on Feb 20th - so I think we will have to wait until the 20th of march to find out production. I think they have 30 days to report it. Have you found out anything on your interest sections?

Teri,

Waiting for the BOPD and MMCF fro each of the 4 wells to be posted on the Oklahoma Mineral Registry. As soon as it is posted I will post on this forum site.

Hi, I’m new to this forum but appreciate all I’ve read so far. Can anyone tell me why I would receive a call from Jim Bennett ( SandRidge energy) when I have already signed a lease with Calyx? My rights are with Section 11 Township 18N Range 2East. Should I call him back?

Ron,

Thanks, I’ll check it out

Linda,

Sure, call him back. I think he would have a better idea of why he called than the rest of us.

How do you find pooling orders for certain sections? Interested in 18N 1E. Especially Calyx Thanks

That is hard without Pooling # . Here are three by 28 and the last two filed in 18n-1e .

Ron, Thank you for the info.

Terry,

You can look up the info in the case processing database. If you can get it to run on your computer and navigate through it. It is not the most user friendly application but there is lots of data there.

Does anyone know of activity in sec 4,5,10- all 19n 1w? I can’t find any leases that were signed in the past, although I can see quite a few plugged wells and a few operating wells that must have had spacing that did not include our acres.
