Sir Ron Von, Yes, the lease with terms and royalty interest thereof would go to the buyer once you sell and your mineral deed is legally transferred to the buyer. However, you can sell producing minerals also, so one might want to wait on production.

Division Order DO
Ron you asked me if I knew Andrew Perkins and I don’t but should I?
Sandra The Affidavit you filed said your interest was under the sw/4nw/4. It did not say how much of the 40 acres was yours. You would need to go to the deed that tells what your interest is under the 40 acres that makes up the sw4/nw/4 to know for sure . Andrew Perkins sign a lease in Oct. 2010 that said he also had an interest under sw/4nw/4.
Thank you for the info. I can’t find the deed it may have been in my Aunt’s records, who has since died. I am writing to Payne County to request a copy
Jennifer, Devon has a pad in Sec 8-19N-1W and is running laterals into Sec 5, 16 and 17. I received same order, but for Sec 17.

Just received an emergency order for Sec 5 19n 1 w to vacate spacing orders and establish new drilling and spacing orders. Devon Energy is the applicant. 201402744. I’m not leased so I’m very curious about this. Anyone else receive this?
Heat map shows hot drilling spots.
Martha, Do you still have your calculator on excel that you sent out? If so, would it be possible to post it again? Also, I found out from the OK Tax Commission that the state is only going to collect 5 percent income tax for out of state residents. The 7 percent was a severance tax and they told me that does not apply to me? Would it be possible to send the formula with just 5 percent for OK tax? Thanks
Larry, Thank you for the tax info! I changed it from 7% to 5%.
Larry, Oops, copy didn’t have all the 5% changes. Here’s the correct spreadsheet. 5%25NMACalculationsimple.xlsx
I was wondering there was any activity on my sections s/2 SW/4 of section 28 township 19
Would someone please tell me if any drilling has been done on
26 18N 3E? Thanks.
Shelly, Someone on another forum page posted Ralph Harrison at Mecklenburg-Harrison in Kingfisher does a lot of work in Logan, Payne and Kingfisher County (405) 375-6484. I personally used Attorney Charles McBride in Stillwater, but he has been quite busy. (405) 624-9990
Hi all. I recently had two family deaths to deal with and filed Heirship, death certificates etc with each county where the family had oil rights. I haven’t had a problem with most but recently Truevine finished a well and now I am getting new division request with inaccurate information, i.e. my name followed by family members name as estate. There is no estate and the rights came through testies (sorry if that isn’t spelled correctly). I would appreciate suggestions. Is there a person on the ground in Oklahoma that I could pay to deal with any holes in the paper work that I filed? Thank you in advance.
I received a lease yesterday. Could somebody please tell me what clauses I need?
Thank you for the information. I appreciate it very much. =))
