Reeves County, TX - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

David, thanks for the information. I am fairly new to the forum. Where can I find the information you just provided?

Mike E, EOG made the offer

I heard from a respected driller that EOG is an “Excellent” company, and described them as “the smartest people in the room.” Have you looked them up online? They have posted some impressive numbers. Good luck.

Felicia, Jagged Peak Energy is a good company as far as I’m concerned. Linton

Does anyone know what is happening with Endeavor Energy Resources? Thie company drilled and produced the Jane M. Graves well (API 38932786) in Bock 7, sec. 1 for the past three years with regular royalty payments. There has not been a royalty check since August 2015. What is the status of the company or the well?

Donny, according to the well logs, there was no production in August and very little (104 bbl) in July. There is no report for September or October yet. As far as the company goes, they are still drilling in the Midland area, according to reports.

Donny, I haven’t missed any checks yet, although the one last month was about a third of what the August check was. However, I have not gotten a check this month. Linton

Linton, go on line to Eneavor at www.endeavorenergylp.com/ Then go to owner sign in, then use your owner code taken from one of your Endeavor receipts to go in to print out the revenue payments issued to you. I just no wrecked and we have payments issued from 04/31/2012 through 08/31/2015 and it stops there. What does it list for you?

Donny, it says my last payment was 9/30/2015, the two before that were issued on the 31st of each month, today is the 30th, so maybe it just hasn’t happened yet. If this month’s check is like last month’s, it’s hardly worth holding my breath over. Linton

Greetings, I have a 0.00466750 interest in the mineral rights to.PSL ABST/ID# 1180 BLOCK C3 SEC 12 and PSL ABST/ID# 1367 BLOCK C3 SEC 1. The first well is now producing 807.00 barrels a day. Does anyone know what I can expect as far as royalty payments Thanks!

I was just offered $7,575/nma to purchase 3.33 acres that has been unleased since April of 2014 in BLK C-8, SEC 26, your thoughts?

Donny, just to update, I did not receive a check for October. Linton

If a well is drilled on our lease area are we liable for damages to the land or is the land owner? Stupid question but don’t understand how that works

We too have been approached to run a salt-water waste pipeline across our section near Toyah. I would like to hear fair prices per rod from any of you with experience.

Thomas,

Your first check should be for roughly $5,000 assuming $45 dollar oil and a 640 acre unit.

Linton,

I think that offer is pretty good. The only Horizontal well I saw drilled in that area under performed. It was drilled by MDC Texas on the Yucca Lease. It has only made about 36,000 barrels since July of last year. Down to about 70 BOPD with some Natural Gas as well. Whoever is making that offer is banking on prices and results to improve in my opinion

We have recently been approached by a pipeline company that would like to put 2 or 3 lines across our property in northern reeves county. Not sure what the name of this line is but would like to know what a fair price per rod and if we should multiply the price for the 2nd and 3rd lines. The University Lands rates seem to be low for this area and time. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

has anyone heard about a permit for a staked well called Thunder valley, on 80 acre trac of state property in the nw corner of sec 3, block C-21, about 25 miles nw of pecos

John – no permit activity that I can see in the last 6 months… easier to research if one knew the operator. Wouldn’t happen to be ‘Thunderbird…’ would it? Later – Buzz

buzz ~could be thunderbird, the operator is resolute
